Watershed Specialist
Eric Willard is a Watershed Specialist for the Tehama county RCD. Eric will be working on the Tehama East Watershed Assessment. His background is in hydrology and he is responsible for writing technical information about the watersheds hydrology, geology, and wildlife.
Eric has worked as an Astronomy T.A. while completing his masters at Chico State. He aims to complete his thesis this summer and come to work for the RCD full time. His thesis is a study of perennial and intermittent tributary streams in the Big Chico Creek Ecological Reserve. The study focuses on annual temperature and relative humidity gradients surrounding these two stream types.
