Kevin has worked throughout the  region for the past 15 years with a variety of irrigation systems, including applications for agricultural, residential, and commercial businesses. He he has greatly advanced the Mobile Irrigation Lab he program's success in performing 990 irrigation evaluations over the past 12 irrgation seasons covering a variety of irrigation methods across 10 Northern California counties and increased participation in the MIL from an average of 25 evaluations per year (2002-2008) to 83 per year (2009-2020). Kevin works closely with the local community to advocate water conservation and water use efficiency, speaking to diverse groups ranging from members of the agricultural community to residential water users and students of all ages. He also provides Healthy Soils technical assistance. He has spent a good portion of his youth in Tehama County and can recommend many spectacular places to check out locally, but he's going to keep some of them a secret.
