Riley Wills

"I love to get out and adventure with my family. Tehama County offers plenty of opportunities for us to go enjoy quality time in beautiful natural environments."
Riley was born in Placerville, CA and grew up in the Sierra Nevada foothills. After graduating high school in 2001, he joined the U.S. Air Force and spent his enlistment as a C-17 Crew Chief stationed in Charleston, SC and at multiple bases overseas. After his active duty time, he moved on to managing fleetwide retrofit and modification projects for Department of Defense fighter jet programs. Utilizing his aerospace background, Riley leads the effort to implement the RCD's first drone program to use state-of-the-art technologies and data acquisition to help inform our decisions as land stewards completing important environmental projects. He is grateful to live in Northern California again and to be making a meaningful contribution to local communities with the hope that everyone will try to leave this world better for generations to come.
